What We Do
ERS has 1st Party Divisions that can make and receive calls in your company’s name, and ERS also has 3rd Party Divisions that can make and receive calls in the name of ERS.
Our Customer Service Call Center performs Pre-Billing Customer Satisfaction surveys. This makes it easier to identify disputes before billing and improves customer satisfaction.

What Makes Us Different
ERS is endorsed as a reseller of commercial credit bureau reports and services by Experian.
Through our Experian relationship, ERS is able to pass along high value commercial evaluation and monitoring services, typically reserved for large enterprise. These capabilities enable our clients to verify a business, understand risk, review a recommended credit limit and then monitor that business so that a negative change, such as a bankruptcy filing or negative change can be reacted to quickly.
ERS has a partnership with a leading small business specialty finance group called Cash Federal, Inc. When certain collection accounts prove they can only make monthly payments they can apply to refinance their debt. If they are approved they will then pay you in full and make monthly payments to an outside source.
ERS has an alliance with several well established commercial debt buyers to help you sell off your company’s older written off debt, and turn a loss into a gain.
