The ERS MIS team has architected its solutions and processes to support scalable growth, responsive to consistently changing business requirements and regulatory conditions. The MIS team manages our high-speed network, application servers, storage systems and digital voice communications.

ERS leverages state of the art security technologies, appliances and protocols to ensure the highest levels of data integrity, availability and confidentiality. ERS systems utilize IBM, HP and Dell servers with the most powerful processors available, running Windows, Red Hat Linux and AIX and best-of-breed receivables management applications. Redundant Cisco and Juniper networking and security appliances ensure continuous, secure transmission and communications capabilities.  

With extensive experience in the Accounts Receivables Management industry, ERS’ Programming Team is well-versed in a variety of database management, encryption, reporting and data exchange protocols to support wide-ranging client requirements. The team’s software development methodology supports rapid deployment with a high degree of quality.

We have both comprehensive Disaster Recovery and System Security Plans in place. ERS IT has contracted with IBM Business Continuity & Recovery Services to safeguard against catastrophic risks and ensure continuous service to our clients. Our wide-ranging security plan details our management procedures and practices that support data and physical security as well as compliance with federal regulatory requirements.
